the current state of the majima shelf i need to readjust my shelves at some point (and maybe redo them entirely with better fabric) because yakuza 0 majima juuuust barely fits height-wise

both figures are from chocobo studio (unlicensed resins, 1/6 scale) the one on the right has swappable options: jacket torso and non-jacket torso. the non-jacket torso also has swappable face options: no helmet and with helmet, the figure splits at the necklace to swap faces which i thought was pretty genius swappable parts come with mini display stands so you don't have to leave them in the box, there was also a mini hannya display piece (???) which i've put on the torso display since the torso's a bit top-heavy
