my artwork as part of the @chnt-events chnt art exchange for @cicadabee!! i decided to draw one of the scenes from file 43, i had a lot of fun with this one so i hope you like it! syndey, juniper and rowan are probably my favourite characters in the show, so i was very happy for the excuse to draw them :))

So, um, guys, I was just relistening to File 43 Insecure Underachievement and this was in there

The foreshadowing is absolutely insane!!! And Sydney saying that she may have been eating a sparrow from the window again, AGAIN?! How many times has Sydney tried to talk to Lucile about something and ended up talking to the weird owl thing instead?! How long has this been going on for? Also, is there even any real difference between Lucille and the bird. If Sydney couldn’t even tell the two apart since no matter which version of her he’s talking to, he always brushes him off and doesn’t take anything he says seriously, then is there really a difference between the two of them at all? Perhaps the bird represents the worst aspects of Lucille, but if she’s so bad that Sydney doesn’t even realize that something’s up when he accidentally talks to a bird instead of her, then maybe they truly are one in the same

new camp here and there episode made me sob /pos then i got tonal whiplash from the ghost recorder segment, literally head in my hands sobbing, peace and love in planet camp, then gripping my hair its so over

M: Oh, I should be quieter. Oops.

M: It usually is just us! It isn’t... cozy, though. A little moldy, not very light, but I like it anyway. Makes me feel like I’m in a storybook. And we’re u-

M: W-we’re near apartments.

In file 43 Insecure Underachievement, as much as Juniper trying to create a more relaxing environment in the camp for Rowan is really sweet, isn’t announcing his declining mental state over the loudspeaker a huge invasion of privacy and kind of extremely unethical? And from what Rowan says about everything, he clearly doesn’t even actually want to do any of this. They also announce that he’s on a bunch of pills over the loudspeaker, like what?! I know that Rowan doesn’t exactly try to hide his metaphorical mental illness so most people at the camp likely know about it, but still. Like imagine your partner making an announcement to the whole camp about how they need to have a relaxation day to cheer you up even though you don’t even care and have no interest, like Juniper what are you doing?!?! I love Juniper and I love that episode, but still
