Conversations and communication
Communication is the most important thing that we have in life to avoid that we lose people, that once were important to us. It’s so simple and easy, that sometimes it seems to be too obvious to just start with that.
When you’re having a problem with someone, just go and try to make it better with a conversation. Takling to someone about your problem and your feelings is the first step to go back to your own personal inner peace.
I think that whenever you think about a problem that you’re having, Your inner peace is always destroyed. So what’s the problem with just solving it? We’re way too afraid about situations that could develop out of that uncomfortable conversation. But it’s not about the coversation itself, it’s about the result. The feeling of freedom after that. You don’t have to think about “What if...?” anymore. You’re just free and can focus on fixing it again.
Never settle for less. Never force yourself in the situation to keep asking yourself “What if...?”. Be kick ass enough to grab the problem and try to fix it. You’ll feel better after that. Sometimes not immediately, but in the end you definetly will. Just trust yourself and your instincts and fight for the things that mean a lot to you.
