The Photo Lab You Save May Be Your Own!

Because tumblr allows me more than 140 characters I like to secretly announce things here before I put them on twitter. :) 

Many moons ago, I built a website to help document and contact people who might be at risk of freezing to death in the winter if heating oil prices continued to rise. The project was called WarmCheck and although they didn't need my website, the project does exist to this day. Two years later, I discovered I was still paying to host the site and decided to modify it into a crowdsourced directory of photo labs that develop film.  The website is ugly, difficult to use but in spite of all of that it has actually been a huge success documenting over 400 photo labs world wide! 

I Need Your Help! 

I have this big list of photo labs that develop film.  A lot of these photo labs need reviews which would help more people find them, especially if they awesome.

If you favorite photo lab is NOT in the list or you can't find it (this is a big possibility) you may add it here. 

But wait there is more!

Not all cool stores develop film so I added the ability to list any place that sells anything related to film. You use the same form as above.
