Tumblr @support, please improve your filtering functionsÂ
I rarely use tumblr, partly because I don’t know how to use it better 😅😂, but mostly because it doesn’t have good enough ‘mute’ and ‘filtering out’ functions.Â
You can’t just mute (without blocking) someone if, for example, they’re on a posting spree about a subject you don’t care about (for me, soccer or sports events in general 😂, to give an example).
And the filtering function barely works. It only partially hides posts with a specific tag you have filtered out. It only detects the tag, not the rest of the text or content of the post. Most people barely tag them so it’s literally impossible to stop seeing stuff you don’t want to.Â
