The gary and avocato fight

Okay so this is probably not gonna be the reason the fight happens but a part of me is saying "THIS IS TOTALLY WHY". So here I am talking about it.

From today's episode, we can see just how tunnel-visioned Gary can get when it comes to Quinn. He really seemed to not care so much that Ash was uncomfortable with using her powers. In the previous episode, the team squad was forced to leave fox behind. In this episode, Gary ordered to light fold the ship leaving ash behind. So here is what I think might be the sequence of what happens up until the fight.

1. Avocato will slowly start to realize how much Gary cares about Quinn and that he is not really giving priority to the lives of the rest of the squad. And since Gary is calling the shots and is the leader he is scared that Gary may put little Cato in a dangerous position. Such as when he told little Cato to go with avocato, biskit and kvn to harness the energy from the black hole. Even though quinn wasn't experiencing flash backs it was kinda not a good idea to tell little Cato to go with them. Especially when he was trying to help ash recover.

2. Since Avocato swore to protect little Cato and do whatever it takes to keep him safe he tells little Cato to stay behind. He is afraid that Gary might make a reckless decision in despair of the thought of losing quinn to the final space poisioning. And avocato doesn't want to lose his son again. (I'll explain more on this in another post)

3. Also avocato may reveal how he knew about the final space poisoning(he learnt from the robot in S01E01). And Gary gets angry because Avocato knew something about Quinn's condition and he didn't tell Gary about it even though there was no time. He might also get really pissed off because everyone knew about it except him. (Ash, fox, little Cato, Sheryl, avocato learned about it from the robot and HUE knew about it when he scanned quinn)

4. He doesn't really tell Gary about this because Gary is too busy being worried about Quinn.

5. Gary eventually comes to know about it and feels a bit betrayed since avocato didn't tell him about this.

"Hey man, I am sorry I didn't tell you sooner. It's just you were really worried about Quinn..."

7. Gary throws the first punch at avocato in frustration as one, he trusted his best friend and two, he is extremely stressed and worried because he might lose quinn again.

8. Fight ensues.

So with all this stuff about "will Quinn turn into Nightfall", I'm reminded of what Nightfall says in Ch.11, that "the cycle" begins again. Is she not just talking about the times SHE specifically has killed him, but that every time a "new Nightfall" takes her place?

And since Quinn is "Nightfall--kind of, but not exactly", does that mean that there've been very many, slightly-different each time Nightfalls over hundreds of "cycles."

Episode 10, "Until the Sky Falls" is supposed to focus on Quinn and Gary, and the name hints towards Nightfall. Maybe that's when it'll come up?

And thinking of the process as a "cycle", really makes her name kind of poetic. Night falls at the end of every single day, over and over again, forever.

I don't think this is the last we've heard of Todd. Invictus seemed pissed at Jack for not being able to capture Mooncake.

But perhaps... Maybe Invictus will find someone else to do the job right?

I mean, Todd has shown to be quite determined, even after losing everything. His Fluffles, The Happy Place, even his own family.

I don't think Invictus would have to do much to convince Todd to join them. Todd will do anything to exact his revenge on Gary. And then, maybe, we'll FINALLY get that fight between the two that we've wanted since the second season.

the reality of serpentis

lc claiming that ash is “one of them” really got me thinking about the true nature of serpentis as a whole. as we know, the serpentians worship the snake god werthrent, and the goddess sentella. two beings who seem to possess otherworldly power..

who else do we know who possesses such abilities? that’s right, invictus.

as demonstrated by the powers gifted to jack/the lord commander, invictus is able to give powers to other beings. it even claims to be able to create titans, which if this claim is true, has me thinking that serpentis might just be a front. these people line up for weeks to sacrifice themselves to these so called gods. their entire lives revolve around worshipping werthrent, and they even sacrifice their own children. so what if werthrent was actually a titan? or at the very least, something created by invictus to seek out vessels worthy of possessing his power. sure, all of the other sacrifices were just turned into mindless zombies. but that might just mean ash was the only one it saw strong enough to help release it.

Final space Crack theory. Male ventrexians can breastfeed like Female ventrexians. Imagine Avocato breastfeeding baby Cato.

Gary:wait, you once breastfeed baby Cato? Does this mean-

Avocato:yes, both Male and Female ventrexians can breastfeed

Do you think Avocato would be more affectionate and open with Little Cato after everything that's happened, especially with Gary's influence? (also I absolutely love your art style and head canons, you're work is amazing!)

I think (and honestly hope) that there’s going to be a bit of an awkward learning curve between the two of them first. Think that one scene the first How to Train Your Dragon with Stoick and Hiccup and they “finally have something to talk about” but then they just sit there. They’re finally together and alive after everything...but so much has changed. Where do you even start after that?

The last time Avocato really truly interacted with Little Cato is when he was 11 and he’s changed a LOT since then. However, Avocato seemed to be determined to better for his son in S1 so I think the open affection will come with that! (I need an “I love you” here Olan. They wouldn’t have made a point of it in episode 7 if it wasn’t gonna hopefully come back around.)

Along with Gary’s help;) I mean just look at how open and goofy Avocato can be around him sometimes.

headcanon/theory

before he got mooncake, gary as a kid didn’t have any friends, so he made an imaginary friend named bolo and he was a titan that was the only good one amongst the other ones and he played with him when the other kids didn’t. he only had that friend for a short while until he completely forgot about him when he was 8.

Final Space Theory

Okay so, the other day @villainsrule2018 and I were talking about the newest Final Space episode (And by ‘talking’ I mean screaming/dying internally/ geeking out) and we came up with some theories {I can’t name them all cuz then this would be a hella long read ;P} Anyways, in episode 21 there’s gonna be SOME KIND of betrayal in the Crimson Light crew, and that lead me to my own theory:

Cheryl is still looking for Dimensional Keys

Avo has no memory of who he is

Cheryl’s a manipulative bitch woman

What if Cheryl tricks Avocato into giving her/ helping her find the rest of the Dimensional Keys?

Just gonna let that sink in right now
