Journey With the Hinshaw’s . . . FINAL 40 PRAYER / VISION DEVOTIONAL
Today God have me an idea!
Over the past few weeks I have been praying for two churches that I love dearly. In that time I have asked God to give me a vision for the church I will be leading in the future as well as a heart of intercession for the church I have been leading. It’s been a journey that has been hard and exhilarating and I would love to continue this road with the church.
What if Haviland Friends and Northwest Friends joined my family and I in prayer and vision for our final 40 days in Haviland?
For Both Haviland / Northwest Friends Churches:
It would be a 40 day journey together to reflect on who we have been, who we are, and who we are becoming through intentional prayer, response and action. In a sense it is a RE:Start of an old journey with new life and mission as the expectation.
Commit to THE DAILY DEVOTIONAL READING in Nehemiah.
Commit to PRAYER FOR THE CHURCHES.
Commit to RESPOND PUBLICLY to what God is showing you.

Every day you will receive it by noon through the two churches’ social media pages. If you are reading this online, this is where you can get it everyday. if there is a need for email, please let me know.
After reading the devotional and spending time in reflection, I would ask that you respond publicly to the Facebook/Twitter posts that you are reading from. We will be responding with prayer requests, praises, pictures, and videos of where we see God moving and the need to reach out in our respective neighborhoods for the renewal of God’s people and His glory.
This will be a virtual PRAYER/PRAISE wall! So cool!

I can’t think of a better way to begin the next chapter of our respective journeys as families and churches who are driven to see God be glorified through the renewal of His people and the neighborhoods in which they live.
