The Second Day Overview
After a disconcerting and big start at day one, United Nations and The World Bank started the day saying they are impartial about the rumors of war from the first day and reporting entrepreneurs and others councils about talking to them before saying they made an agreement.
African groups were discussing how they are going to respond to the war announced by The Daily Nation. According to UN China's Ambassador, Miguel, they are not going to start a war. He claims it's fake news and international organizations need to speak to them directly before taking action. UN Secretary-General speaking with China Daily, reported also war is fake news.
At 3:00 p.m., The World Bank had a meeting with entrepreneurs groups, funding some of them to try to finish the urge for an agreement, after China Daily published the call to action from the President of The World Bank.
In the United Nations, UN High Commissioner for Refugees says that they are giving $100 millions dollars again to Rahad, to buy mosquito nets; trying to solve the diseases problem in the refugees’ camps. According to him, they are sending every money that they can to help the situation, but he claims that if Rahad does not use the money correctly, it is their incompetence that is going to let the disease spread.

According to Lily, the press secretary of Atania, Chinese entrepreneurs received help from China and Atania to build a factory which will produce a technology called “Hydroponics”, to help Kin farmers use less water in their cultivation. The technology will also ensure a sustainable development for the farmers’ production. The main idea is to, in the middle of unuseful aids given by other countries, help achieve a final agreement to end the terrible situation between Rahad and Atania.
China and Russia are neutral if the war becomes a reality. China chooses not to pick a side because they have no prior history with both countries involved in the rumors. The Chinese government will only interfere if Chinese people start being threatened by any sides, so they are going to choose one, but just to protect their population.
To end the Day 2 of negotiations, The World Bank and United Nations have a final pronounce: They believe they are putting an end for the situation by their approving an investment to the social entrepreneurs from Russia, China, almost U.S. and South Africa to tackle down the misunderstanding between both sides. They have confidence that their money is going to return later. According to them, they have approved the investment because the entrepreneurship groups sent very useful and detailed proposals. Also, a refugee funding of $300 million to Rahad and $100 million to Atania was approved. They are working with the money invested with the entrepreneurs, they are getting enough money to increase the money for the funding.
