So, finally a date... || Peru

Aaron couldn't get over his luck in receiving Vicky as his first date for the matchmaking event. It would still be a bit strained for the two since, matchmaking or not, the tension over the whole Aly and Carter thing was still recent and the idea of Vicky and Aaron dating might still be frowned upon by some. But, nevertheless, Aaron had spent most of the night before trying to figure out what they could do to make the day special.

They planned to meet at the ferris wheel and Aaron found himself there a little early--a bit too eager for his own good. The ride was in motion and he winced every now and then when one of the carriages rocked and the hinges squealed for lubricant. The carnival definitely had the right atmosphere but some of the rides seemed like they were in need of some maintenance.

When he finally spotted Vicky approaching through the crowd, it took a ridiculous amount of self-control to keep him from running over and scooping her into his arms. Instead, he waited until she got close and leaned forward to plant a simple kiss on her cheek. "Nice of you to come, Silver Snake," he said in greeting, his lips pulled into a large smile.
