Inktober Day 1: Swift

I needed to put this somewhere purely for myself, something I can hopefully look back on in a few months time.

I’ve had enough. So starting next week I am back in therapy. This has been building for good while; probably most of the year. But it was the panic attack at 2am this morning that made me finally realise that I needed to sort this shit out. Not just the fact that I have been too scared to admit that I needed help again.

The new notebook and pens have been purchased, we are ready to go. Let’s go get my fucked up head sorted out once and for all!🫡
