sat aug 17 ‘24

🕯️: went to bed at midnight, woke up at 8 am and fed my cat, ordered some whoosh and slept until 12-ish.

🪶: 67.5kg after camping + week of holiday. feeling insecure about my weight atm.

🫶🏻: generally having an off day today. feeling numb. overheating in my apartment. did get some sunshine today though.

🪷: did some chapter test and self-test revision and learnt more about inheritance tax!

🪷: gave my bf a massage which was really fun!

fri aug 10 ‘24

🕯️: up until 4 am, felt really scatterbrained and restless. fell asleep until 10:30 am.

🪶: 67.6kg, idk what to even say rly. i’m off track rn. ate over 3k cals today.

🫶🏻: took my cat to the cattery in prep for my holiday and picked up some last needed shopping things.

🫶🏻: took some painkillers for my back and napped for a while.

🪷: went to the bookstore and picked up some cute books and a cat pin! excited to take these on holiday.

🪷: packed and organised for my holiday! still some chores to do in the morning but i’m starting to get excited!

thurs aug 8 ‘24

🕯️: woke up at 6 am. feeling better mentally but very sleepy. had some biscuits for breakfast. read for a little bit in bed + sofa. went back to sleep until 8:30 am and missed both my alarms…

🪶: 67.2kg, ended up eating a massive dinner from mcdonalds as a celebration to start my week of holiday + thriving through my first week at my new finance job. hopefully a week of camping will get my weight down a little more.

🫶🏻: today is my last day of work before my week of holiday. i’ll also find out if i’m going camping. at least i have a few days to relax and chill either way!

🫶🏻: missed my 2 alarms and had to skip a shower and was 2 minutes away from being late! still kept it low sodium and happy though. all good though!

🪷: had a rly good day at work and was in a great mood, got dinner and napped for a little bit! now i’m in some comfy pjs and can have a bit of a lie in tomorrow morning for the start of my week of holiday!

wed aug 7 ‘24

🕯️: was very sleepy this morning, woke up around 7:50 am. still had a chilled morning and got showered and ready!

🪶: 67.5kg, weight is going up which is the opposite of what i want rn. it’s hard. shark week probably made this harder for me but i’ll just have to persevere.

🪷: did my first call at work today, went as well as it could possibly go! very happy about everything so far.

🏹: work was great, home was not. felt very overstimulated and overwhelmed. put on my weighted blanket and hot gloves for my wrists. lots of back pain, wrist and joint pain. couldn’t sleep until midnight.

tue aug 6 ‘24

🕯️: could not sleep until 3:30 am, woke up around 8 am for work, quickly but still chilled whilst getting ready for work and made it in time! managed to scrape my greasy hair into a cute looking hairstyle!

🪶: weighed myself in the pm, 66.8kg still. am pushing to try and be in a 500 cal deficit daily this week. 🤞

🪷: chilled am day at home and work! feeling happy and in a good mood so far! people that came to my work today bought us pizza for lunch!

🪷: tidied the house and kept up with my chores! fresh bedding is always the best. organised my work stuff for tomorrow too.

🪷: in bed at 10:40 pm with my colouring books and fuzzy socks! happy days.

🪷: finally no spontaneous combustion weather today! it actually rained! it was really nice and i definitely felt better about the heatwave going away today.

mon aug 5 ‘24

🕯️: woke up at 6 am and grabbed breakfast!

🪶: 66.7kg, if i eat in a cal deficit this week then i should hit 66.1kg. i was 0.1kg off my target last week but ended up missing it.

🪷: couldn’t sleep in the early am so ended up tidying the house and doing all of my chores instead! one more thing off my to-do list later today!

🫶🏻: came home, went shopping, looked after my sick bf, napped for 2 hours and woke up with an eczema flare up on both my arms. not cool.

sun aug 4 ‘24

🕯️: woke up at 6 am, grabbed breakfast, came back to bed. stayed in bed reading and napping until 2:30 pm! pretty chill and happy tbh!

🪶: 68.5kg, after a week of not eating in a cal deficit, and shark week, definitely not where i wanted to be. a minimum 500 cal deficit is going to be needed next week to get myself back on track.

🪷: played sims 4 all day with my curated save, having lots of fun with it so far! finally reorganised my cc!

🪷: feeling really excited for the week ahead, i have the opposite of sunday scaries rn!

🪷: worked through my module of my finance course! still a bit of revision to go, but it’s going well so far!

sat 3 aug ‘24

🕯️: woke up at 6 am, took my meds and grabbed breakfast. got back in bed and slept until 10:15 am! nice lie in.

🪶: 67.0kg, definitely not where i want to be rn, but after a few days of eating more than usual, it’s to be expected. will watch my cals more carefully.

🪷: got my sims save back and spent some time getting up to speed! some of my progress has been lost but it will be fun to build up san myshuno again.

🫶🏻: struggling in this heat. my laptop keeps overheating, moving anywhere makes me sweat, there’s not really any respite from it atm. will be glad when this heatwave is over.
