One heart has the capacity to love more than one person.
I am in love.
The amount of love I have for a person did not diminish in the slightest bit upon falling for another person. It isn't, "I love someone else" it's "I love them too."
I did not seek a replacement. I did not get to know this other person because I wanted to 'get rid of' the person that currently holds a space in my heart. I let this other person reside and there wasn't any scooting over the current resident had to do.
There is no 'I love this one more than that one.' There is no comparing or complaining about either to the other person. It's just love. It's the realization within myself that I couldn't see my life without them both. It's knowing who they both are and seeing the alignment my soul has with each of them. It's still being able to be present in the moment with one person, giving them undivided attention, making the time between them and I special. It's more experiences shared, more memories made and allowing myself to receive all the love I'm willing to give.
It's not easy, but it's for me. This is for me. I love polyamory. I love, love. I love being in love and feel blessed that I've found more than one person who feels that for me as I feel it for them.
