Here I’m giving my lats some gentle stretch while at the same time hoping the branch work impale me. This was a branch of tree I want sure if I could exercise from hence the short exercises. Working out on the branches could be trial and error especially when trying something new. stress can eat you alive if you let it. Id had a bad night so it was down to Trent Park to do some Forest Bathing. In my case this meant some gentle exercises.
