Yassss! I love that show. I’ve watched it all like 6 times but the last few times I’ve watched it, I’ve definitely appreciated him more. There are a lot of fun cameos (in my opinion) and I just enjoy the show so much. The character development and friendships got me like 😍

it’s so good! i dropped off when it had that long forced hiatus (i think after s5?) so i’m hoping to finish it this time but i remember loving it endlessly and having no complaints after i learned to appreciate kitty cuz that took me a while, which is especially rare for me with a procedural.

I’m okay though. I think I’ve already gotten through the worst of it. I hope so at least. I shut it all down before it could turn into a more painful situation, but I’m not used to feeling this way. So I’m probably going to take a Self-Pity day, which like a Self-Care day, except I just get to sit around and feel bad without feeling bad about it.

I hadn't even noticed some of those things, like the difference between the dances. Good catch! Yeah I got way more involved with the movie than I intended to. It was really surprisingly good. And I'm down for a chat if you want to.

It took two viewings for me to catch the dance, but I’m in love with the choice. There’s also the beautiful juxtaposition that people are switching partners as part of the pattern in that closing dance (that’s how LeFou ends up in the arms of the man set free from traditional gender roles), but Adam never even thinks about it for a second. 

I seriously need to see it again and bring a notebook with me to remember everything I want to talk about.

I can relate to that. Where I live in texas, most folks do not have any type of strong accent. When I’m at work though and I get stressed and/or tired, I get a lot more twangy and a stronger Southern drawl. But also, I am a bit of an accent sponge and if I spend three hours checking in a big group from Minnesota, I’ll have guests asking me where I am from the rest of the evening. But that has only happened since I’ve started working at the hotel.

I think I am also an accent sponge because over the 8 weeks of my last visit to Canada in 08 my mum noted I’d intrinsically adapted to having some sort of north american hint to my accent. 

MY QUESTION IS WHERE IS IT COMING FROM THE PAST 10 YEARS THOUGH THAT MAKES PEOPLE SO SURE I’M FROM SOMEWHERE VERY NOT CLOSE TO HERE. I live like a victorian ghost and when I do speak to people face to face they are just all North West England accent folk. All I can think is because I’m alone 24/7 and the voices I hear are for the most part all film/TV and youtube content from America I’m just some adopted baby gull who has accidentally adapted to what I hear.

It’s so great when kitties agree with the declaration of them being baby~ -^^-

Thanks guys. We’ll see what the vet says. He’s been otherwise pretty healthy for a while now.

My interview was for a hardware engineer position that I’d be trained for and it would pay probably double what I’m making now. The interview went well, but I don’t know if it went well enough to get the job or not. We’ll see on that too, I guess.
