New story to channel everything nerdy I enjoy into one area haha.

The story is called Finding LUCA (Last Universal Common Ancestors), and is about these two scientists trying to find Earth’s LUCA on another planet.

Salvation, tangible yet unreachable.

I neeeddd to talk more about my ocs on here.

This is Fern, he is looking for descendants of LUCA on other planets in order to use it to recreate a certain kind of flower that produces a ridiculous amount of oxygen. This flower is used in his mechanical lungs in order to let him breath. Since they’re dying, he’s on a time limit.

The problem is when he finds another planet that has traces LUCA, it is being harvested to create a Dyson sphere, so he needs to find a way to sneak on and find it without the corporation harvesting it noticing.
