I don't watch anymore either but I'm dying to know if there was a specific thing you've come across to prompt this

fair warning, i really only read the tvline recaps/gif watch, mostly because my sister is still watching the show and we like to talk about it, but also out of morbid curiosity.

but i really enjoyed the amelia storyline this season and her relationship with link, because it looked honestly so healthy and sweet and i even watched a few scenes on yt. 

and now in the fall finale (spoiler alert) they had her find out she’s 4 weeks farther along that she thought which means he baby is maybe owen’s (who already has an adopted baby and another one with teddy) so like all of this is so ??? and i’m just so over the drama tbh. this was the last straw. (it’s probably just a marketing play, but this is so annoying and kudos to anyone still watching the show)

I say go for it and see where the story ends up :) 4 days isn't too much to make up especially if you've got friends doing it to keep you motivated

yellow. a warm yellow when i’m excited, a soft pale yellow when tired and a bright almost white explosion when i’m angry.

24: who do you admire most in the world? why?

my mum, for everything she’s given me.

39: do you hear things in layers or all at once?

in layers, i think. sometimes i need a moment to hear everything.

Hi, I couldn't find if you've answered this before but I was wondering if there was anything you wish you'd known before starting the podcast? (Also, I really love tbs and Sam is my favourite character although all the characters are really great and nuanced. I really can't wait till season two starts :D Thanks for being awesome)

Hmm...this is something I get asked time to time (through email mostly - I don’t think I’ve answered it here before) and I’m never really sure how to answer. I don’t know that I’d do anything differently because I’m so thrilled and overwhelmed by the attention and support we’ve received that I wouldn’t go back and do it over. 

This is such a boring answer, but I wish I had been more on top of all the admin. There’s a lot of nitty-gritty stuff that I’m dealing with now that I wish I had dealt with a year ago. Also, staying on top of scheduling is so important. We jumped into season two way too fast and then released once a week which is a terrible idea when you are one person, which I was before @mischastanton came and saved me (and hey, they might have some good things to say about this question!), and even then, the weekly thing was insane. 

But then again, I don’t think I would go back and change that - I think the weekly release really helped us build momentum and gain an audience. Now that I’ve been through it, I would never do it again (at least not unless I was actually making any money from the podcast) but I’m glad it’s something we tried. 

So if I had any advice for someone starting a podcast I would say: get as much done as possible before you release.

3: First book that had a major influence on you

i don’t really remember, tbh. my mum read me fairy tales (grimm brothers and hans christian andersen) every night as bed times stories when i was really young, to the point i had the memorized, so i think that shaped me. 

harry potter was important too and a book series about step - sisters, who discover they’re witches by thomas brezina.

4: Quick, you're in desperate need of a fake name. What character name do you think of first?

caroline merit, from chicagoland vampires. depending on pronunciation i could use it in my country and internationally. 

12: Tell one book story or memory (what you were wearing when you were reading something, someone saw you cry in public, you threw a book across the room and broke a window, etc.)

when i was me before you, i powered through the book in three days, and for three days in a row i cried every evening. the amount of emotion was just ... a little too much . anyway, a day after i finished the book i had a conjunctives and needed antibiotic eye drops for it. 

the conclusion: take care of yourself when you’re reading a sad book, haha.

One Last Time- favorite song in hamilton

that’s like asking for a favourite child, i can’t choose. but i think my all time favourite is ‘wait for it’. the whole theme of the song speaks to me. (runner ups are: satisfied, the schuyler sisters, non - stop and it’s quiet uptown. or like, the whole show.)

Election of 1800- show you think is underrated

mozart in the jungle! it’s gotten better since the golden globes, now that they’ve had the exposure, but still. more people should watch it, it’s so funny and enjoyable, but also has some more solemn moments spread in between. and gael garcia bernal is a gift :)
