When I first started, I prided myself on responding and replying to many of my connections. Well as my connections grew, I became less able to be as connected as I was in my early days. I want to work on this and do better. There are many phenomenal people here and I really want to get back to basics and strengthen those connections as well as slowly build new ones. That's my silver lining.
