So, I began a discussion (last time) about how being in a group means being considerate of others and their needs. I explained that flexibility is needed and key. Sure, I could go either way, I can stay and talk through a schedule or I could respond to an e-mail but because I am in a group and because "talking it out" is important to the group, I go along with the group. Not just because I want to please the group but I want to be supportive to all of the diverse needs of the people in the group......

I have been attacked for being positive, for choosing not to be negative, for choosing not to be mean. I am sorry. I will not be the negative force that many people have chosen to accept as normal. When I first started, I prided myself on responding and replying to many of my connections. Well as my connections grew, I became less able to be as connected as I was in my early days.
