Step 1:
Today I'm making changes. Deleted Facebook off my phone. Replaced it with tumblr so I have a place for my real thoughts. Waking up every morning is hard and a struggle. I want to enjoy life! I weighed myself at 146lbs this morning and want to get down to around 120lbs. I know weight is not everything and I should love my body... But I just don't feel comfortable enough to love where I am right now. I know I can get in better shape to have a healthier future. I'm going to establish a new morning routine so that I don't feel dreary all the time. There's a lot I'm struggling with but this is a start.
