#lategram Post 10 mile run yesterday. Rounding out my weekly miles count to a disappointing 28 miles. Less than half of where I should be at this point. I've sucked it up & pushed myself so hard these last few years. Pushed myself post pregnancies, pushed post hip surgery, sucked it up through numerous other set-backs & races where my body wanted to give up on me. And still I kept pushing. Taking myself on running journeys further than I've ever gone before. 2.5 months after my last 50 mile race and I still don't feel recovered. Every run sucks. I'm physically & mentally tired. Good luck making your body do anything once your mental toughness checks out. I'm now just taking it one day at a time. Still running but I need to take some time to regroup & refocus.
