Part 1! It's been some time since I've posted a class video, tonight's class was so much fun & just felt so good! @raybasa chose the song #Changes by Faul, Wad Ad & Pnau. For his own life it has meaning behind it and for me it does too. There are a lot of struggles out here in #Lalaland but I'm not going to let them keep me from being #happy... "When we hit our lowest point, we are open to the greatest change." - Avatar Aang: Legend of Korra. I've been struggling with a lot lately and have felt very lost. I've realized that I've been lost for about 5 years. Trying to #FindMyCenter has made me do a lot of reflecting and this quote from one of my favorite shows really opened my mind. Especially when I fell asleep watching the show and woke up right as Aang was saying these words. After I heard these words it was time for me to leave for my 2nd introduction to Buddhism meeting that a friend invited me to. I don't know what Buddhism could mean for me or where it will take me but I am open for a great and positive #Change. #AvatarLOK #LegendofKorra #SGI
