Help rescue rez dogs - please donate

Hey guys, I don't actively do a lot of signal boosting, but this donation drive is very near and dear to my heart.

Back at home, unspayed and unneutered dogs are a bit of a problem. And even with a yearly spay/neuter drive, people don't bring in the local strays. And there are a lot of strays.

I personally know Beckah, she's a bit of a local celebrity back at home, and she's devoted her life to saving these stray dogs. She gets them spayed/neutered and drives hundreds of miles to take them to a quality no-kill shelter. Dogs who are not immediately adoptable she fosters, getting them used to other dogs and people.

She works for the local diner on a small salary, and pays for everything: dog food, travel expenses, shots, spay/neutering, medical treatment (typically mange), and more entirely out of pocket. As you can imagine this can get costly very quickly.

Over the years I've seen Beckah save hundreds of dogs. She occasionally gets visits or letters from people who have adopted the dogs she's saved and it's something she absolutely loves to do. But she can only go as long as she has the funds.

Anything you can donate to help keep her rescue going would seriously be appreciated. And if you can't donate, reblogging this and signal boosting would mean a lot to me, and to Beckah and her dogs.
