WEEK 10: Pitching

We dont have any idea about this. But our business wont because we dont know how to pitch, so we searched and learne. I learne something about the rule 10/20/30, 10sllides-20 minutes- 30 pointers. But our pitch required only 7 minutes maximum. Aincw we learn different kinds of pitching, we apply it and luckily at the actual we deliver it right but some of the data is wrong as expected. After the pitch we are required to play the wireframe of our product in both user and customers side but we did not plah it because we have same technical problem and since we are out of time so our adviser told us to present our wireframe at his office later afternoon. We present and explain what is in our application through wireframe. In the user (diner) side, it is an application that can search anything the users want inside the local and in the customers side, it is a website with the features set promo, add, delete, and update menu. After the presentation our adviser give us a big GO signal. Meaning, we cam start our coding. Finally we arrive at the next level of our journey. Hopefully this luck will go all the way.

WEEK 7: Introducing our Product.

Last week, we interviewed different kinds of costumer. We gathered data all about we need at the restaurants standard work flow. At the same time we ask about their work flow we introduced our product to their manager and most of the managers that we talk are interested and some of them agreed but they are not interested because they already have websites. With the data we gathered we are planning to make a business proposal because the managers also ask for it. Also about the restaurants standard work flow, we are going to minimize as expected because it might help us to market our product. This next week I am proposing a plan with in group to split into 2 group since we are 4 in a group I will set a task for 2 person who will conduct a survey for our user persona and the other 2 for costumer persona. WEEK 6

lately we had our survey in different restaurants here in the city and unfortunately other restaurants rejected us because they are busy assisting their costumers and some of them their manager was not around so they told us to comeback later.

When we finally finished our survey we discovered that we are asking the wrong person. Instead of asking the manager it should be the accounting manager or the owner of the restaurant. In additional, some of them ask for brochure of our product instead of showing them our wire frame. They tell us also to comeback so that we could talk to the owner or accounting manager.

So in this coming week, at least we have an idea for what we are going to do and who are the exact person we should talk to. Also we learn to have our pitch work at least for just 3 minutes and we will practice to have another pitch for 5 minutes.
