Tyrogue to Lazuli "Hehe you and I are blue buddies! Or blueddies. Soooo what do you think of Xander? He sure seems nice!"

(He was a little, uh...um.)  Lazuli struggles to come up with the proper words before just kinda giving up with a huff (Not nice? When we first met, but most mons from where I was from were not nice. I have heard about words like ‘Destroy it’ and ‘It needs to be perfect’ - whatever that means.) They grew quiet for a bit, their form seeming to melt into the grass, maybe thinking about something in the past.  (Xander’s... I consider him my dad, and he’s nice now, so that’s what matters!)

Despite Eon’s attempts, nothing seemed to manifest. Seems creating life from nothing is a lot harder than creating a sky from scatted energy and duplicating land from already existing sand. They’re still not strong enough to make something from nothing, let alone something as difficult as life…

“Oh yes! Many others do! You see, the offering for a role was quite a big trend during the ritual a while back. Many other Mew gave their offering of berries and received special roles, like the Mew who lives close to me. They got the role of a ‘cartographer’. I didn’t know what the word meant, but learned it means they make maps! They’re the one who gave me that map of Niu.”

“There are other Mew who have received roles, but were told they will come to them later. We don’t know when that’ll be, but I’m sure they’re excited to find out!”

“Hopefully we who have roles right now can be role models for them!” Mi-ra proudly laughs at his own joke.

“How was that? I learned about humorous word plays a while ago. I forgot to write it down in my entry though. I think it was someone from Yau who discovered their humor. This is my first time trying it out though.”
