I think the ponytail adds so much more personality than that fuckass haircut they had and the outfit actually screams "Fashionable trait" now. I can imagine during sermons or crusades they'd wear the cloak and then take it off just to do stuff around the campgrounds. Then if they have a day off they take off the corset for maximum comfort.
