networking is honestly one of the most important things ever tbh

oh, totally.  even if it’s small stuff i’ll take it.  i had one director from a gig i booked and sadly had to turn down bc i was super tight on money and couldn’t miss work (it was unpaid and the director was even aware people would bow out), tell me they loved my look and would for sure keep me in mine for other projects.

i also do a bit of it at audience gigs, too when i can.
