steph wasn’t entirely sure when she had decided to come here. didn’t know why she thought it was a good idea to come. she’d barely seen or heard from kevin since he had wound up back with sophie, their own barely relationship falling back into nothingness, just as it had done a hundred times before. however, this time steph hadn’t wanted it to end, yet she hadn’t realised that until it was too late and he’d already been gone.

hesitating for half a moment in the doorway, she could already just see him, though he wasn’t facing her. forcing herself forward, steph placed a soft smile on her face as she walked, approaching where he was sitting with only half a mind to turn back now and run away while she could.

a hand came out to gently rest on his shoulder, squeezing ever so gently as she reached his side. “hey kev.” her voice was soft, softer than necessary as she leaned in for a quick peck on the cheek. “how’re you doing?” // @sondered

          “THEY GAVE YOU A NICE BIG ONE, HUH?” quinn mused with a dry smile, gaze lifting from the cast that held nearly his entire leg. one hand clutching a few books, she used the other to swing the door of kevin’s locker back just a little further. giving him a more sympathetic look, her little smile faded just a little bit. “how long do you have to keep it on for?”

     he tiredly drags his feet across the hallway floor. he’s usually good with waking up early, but when it was a saturday and he hadn’t slept at all the night before? he feels like nothing but a zombie. “ this has to be some kind of joke. it’s not even seven yet. this very thing should be illegal. ” voice speaks up as he catches up to marley, letting out a yawn as he walks towards the choir room. “ why does mr. schue need us today of all days? ” a beat passes, before he stops walking and steps in front of her to stop her in her own path. “ alright, i can’t do this. i don’t think i can━━ apologize for something i’ve wanted to do since the day i met you. ” // @sondered.

a random headcanon about finn & rachel || accepting!

          BEFORE ANY OF THE GLEE CLUB’S competition, finn always gives rachel a call when he gets a minute alone to himself. he still gets nervous, and the first time he does it he explains that he’d always be nervous until he got to talk to her. even if it’s just a little thirty second phone call, hearing her voice is enough to settle him a little bit, enough to go back into the green room and psyche the kids up to go on.

      SHE  WILL  NEVER  BE  ABLE  TO  THANK  MS.  NORBURY  ENOUGH  FOR  ASSIGNING  THEM  A  GROUP  ASSIGNMENT.  cady  has  been  looking  for  a  way  to  spend  time  alone  with  aaron  --  without  having  to  lie  to  regina  about  it,  especially  since  her  conscience  is  still  unsure  whether  janis’  plan  is  the  right  way  to  go  about  this.  but  when  their  math  teacher  told  them  to  pick  a  pair,  the  redhead  was  quick  to  tap  on  his  shoulder.  and  now?  well,  now  the  two  of  them  are  standing  in  her  living  room.  glancing  at  him,  cady  feels  her  eyebrows  furrow  lightly  as  a  glossy  lips  part.  the  entire  plan  she  had  come  up  with  to  be  interesting  begins  to  shatter  right  in  front  of  her,  gaze  roaming  to  her  shoes.  “do  you  wanna  eat  something?  maybe  have  some  water?”  the  girl  asks  awkwardly,  eyes  squinting  as  they  glance  back  at  him.  “sorry,  this  is  actually  my  first  time  doing  a  group  project.”
