Why are you waking up at 3am? Also speaking from experience, don't skip the sleep.

I was starting a summer job, stocking shelves in a supermarket ! Morning shift, so starting at 4am. It was mostly okkkkk once I got used to it

When I was done with it I went back to waking up at 11am
