i have been seeing a lot of fire outbreaks recently after the Bailey Road incident.I can sense a pattern here. If we don't work on these factors , we can't stop the outbreaks and we will experience the similar fire outbreak pattern every year.

increasing rate of population growth
unstable electricity
terrible urban planning
negligence
illegal building designs
lack of fire safety in buildings.
