I am better now,
In so many ways.
I will get back to language-related posts soon, but for now, remember how I said I have to learn a new fire discipline by the 29th? Well, it looks like I might just manage it! I’ve been practising poi, but they hurt my shoulder so I may discontinue them until my rotator cuff is stronger (I’ve been neglecting my physio exercises because I am stupid). But I took to fans like a duck to water and I think they might be my favourite so far, even if they’re a bit scary because the flames are HUGE (these photos were taken after they’d already burned down quite a bit). I’m training again on Tuesday, so until then I’m going to watch as many videos as I can to get more movement ideas.
