Y'know?

Maybe this is the best time to talk about my Starter Oddmons since I showed them here on Tumblr a year ago without any further details or anything special…

These Oddmons are from the year 2021, by which time I had already created 229 Oddmons! And just like the others, these three have gone through many changes (especially Mudlin) to what we know today.

I have to admit that back then… I really had no idea what a Fakemon was, so it was expected that their designs would be a bit… "strange" in softer words.

So, why don't we travel a little bit back in time?

These were their first designs and my God, they were horrible, hahaha!

But, hey! I was just a curious child that wanted to create unique creatures out of boredom.

Today, their designs are a bit more elaborate, as I now take the time to research and compare my fakemon's designs with other people's. I know there is still room for improvement, but… it is undeniable that there has been great progress on my part, and that I really feel proud of myself.

And since we are talking about this, I would like to say that, if you doubt your abilities and you think you have no talent in something that everyone says you are good at (including you), think about it, because if you are really good and you like LOVE what you do, don't waste it, maybe that something will take you where you want it the most. Or, better yet, much further than you can imagine, you never know!

Trust me, because I too have had a hard time recognizing that I have talent in something… And moments when I wanted to give up because of my own mistrust...
