Firebelly Toad, Bombina orientalis. These guys are commonly sold in pet stores practically everywhere, though they're native Asia, but this individual was found under a board in south Florida. While I am unaware of any established populations of these frogs in Florida, it certainly is not out of the question, as Florida has been a hotbed for established non-native species, particularly lizards.
