Another clip that I caught at a CFBT burn at Wellington Training Centre the other week. This one features one of our newest recruits, firefighter Colby Leech. Attack burns are the second lot of training burns that firefighters undergo as new recruits. The initial training focuses on fire development and behaviour, while the second lot of training (seen in this video) focuses on utilising newly learned firefighting skills to identify various fire conditions and react to them instinctively.
