sorry I couldn't really finish. But if you're going down a river, it might be harder to do in a double kayak but that's only if it's rough. Definitely easier in calmer waters. Two people means more motion in the boat, which makes it slightly easier to tip. I wouldn't worry about it though, it's pretty hard to tip a kayak unless you're getting out of it or something. When you're paddling make sure that the end is submerged just below the surface of the water. sorry i said too much but have fun:)
Oh my gosh. You're an angel. I was so worried about all this stuff. People I've asked have just given me simple answers like "oh, you'll find out" "It's easy" No tips or help or anything. Thank you so much. I was really worried and panicky but now I feel calmer. The river is mostly calm, as far as I know. I can't thank you enough for your help. Do have to worry about goggles since I'll be wearing contacts or will I be fine? Also, Do I have to worry about getting water shoes or nah? Sorry if these are a lot of questions. Just, I want to be prepared for this since the people I'm going with have gone many times before.
