It was something he’d never quite seen before. Like anything he’d ever seen really. The way something burned, a giant fire as it fell rapidly from the atmosphere, from the sky to crash heavy and hard into the ground. No doubt a huge crater would be left, and no doubt the androids would soon poke their nose into this matter. Which is part of why Eve took it upon himself to investigate so quickly when he did.
Now, he sits, staring hard at the person ( a woman, he deduced ) he pulled from the hull of that ship that crashed. Part of it reminded him of the way his creators did the same on Earth, the way she crashed. But another part of him is focused entirely on the fact of how she looks and he can’t help a curious finger lifting and poking a red claw against her cheek.
She reminds him of himself, he notices. The way her body is structured, how she was covered with flesh like he was. How she reminded him of the androids ( who he took form of ), and how the androids were to look like humans ( who the androids took form of ). And his red eyes widen slightly, noting how she doesn’t quite look like him or the androids with certain features ( the white hair, the pale skin– none of it is present with her ). And he can’t help but tilt his head, brow furrowing until he catches a scrunch of her face, a shift of her head and he wants to stumble back but he doesn’t.
He gets closer, closer till his nose is practically touching hers when he sees her eyes peek open slowly. And there’s a breath that escapes parted lips.
