Instructions: Begin by coarsely grinding your coffee beans. In a saucepan, add the cold filtered water, cinnamon stick, cloves, and nutmeg. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the freshly ground coffee beans.
