Ingredients: 2 cups cold brew coffee. 1/2 cup coconut creamer. 1/4 cup spiced rum. 2 tablespoons maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Coconut milk, for garnish. Cinnamon sticks, for garnish.
Instructions: Pour the cold brew coffee into ice cube trays and freeze until solid to make coffee ice cubes. In a small bowl, mix the coconut creamer, spiced rum, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Fill a glass with the coffee ice cubes. Pour the spiced coconut creamer mixture over the coffee ice cubes. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a drizzle of coconut milk and a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately and enjoy!
