After their little meet up, Rick decided he wanted to know more about his little guest. Fortunately for him, he had someone who could get just about any data he wanted, and doing so turned up some interesting data. Apparently she was the oldest daughter of a cop, with her ‘back up’ being her freshly legal brother. From what he could tell, while her father worked with them, their youngest sister, while blogging about them, didn’t seem to have any clue about them.
Fortunately, Rick decided it may be time to make an appearance to Layla in her personal life. Probably best to speak to her brother and maybe father as well.
To start, Greg used his powers to have the tech in the Jennings household start to act up while the family was out. Rick had him make sure that it was spread enough that unless there was a single option, multiple calls and possibly visits would need to be made to get everything working. From there, a flyer was dropped to a bunch of the people on the block, including the Jennings household for RDIT, the tech support business ran by RDI, with anyone who showed this flyer to their tech person got a free consultation and along with a chance at free service depending on the severity of the issue. With any luck, the flyer popping up when the tech issues started would connect enough to warrant a call, at which point Rick will be notified and the Jennings will learn a crew is not far off.
Right now sitting in Thunderbird 1(a grey Tesla Model S) waiting for the call to come in with his people Greg and Hector in the car with him.

“And it's go boys, go. They'll time your every breath and every day you're in this place you're two days nearer death. But you go.”

Lucas woke up, sighing as he held his head. When he felt a ring on his hand, he froze. as he looked around, his eyes fell on Layla and he grinned a bit. “Now I kind of wish I could remember how this happened...” He fixed the blankets over her shoulder so she wouldn’t get cold.

Ev does a mental double take. Wait. That had been a serious ‘i love you’ not just a you brought me food ‘i love you’.
He’s glowing now and not just in the blushing way.

Robbing from the dead isn't something John ENJOYS doing but sometimes it's necessary, spells require certain ingredients you can't just buy from anywhere. It's the first truth of magic that you learn, it's not all pretty crystals and innocent enough herbs, it's also bones and decay. In this case he's after the bones of a murderer that has been long dead to attract a certain troublesome entity, hopefully he'll be able to banish the damn thing and go about his day too.
It was all going pretty smoothly until he heard movement behind him, the steady sound of footsteps. Explaining why you're lurking in a graveyard late at night is difficult enough, doing so while waist deep in an unearthed grave is another matter ENTIRELY. He remains still, hoping they've not yet spotted him, that perhaps they'll just pass by and be on their merry way so he can finish his job without being arrested.

[Text] No, I wouldn't do well in the Desire Grand Prix because I'd probably be like Tycoon, and I don't have time to deal with either dying completely because my dumb ass risked my life completely, or losing the drive behind my dream because I retired since some asshole on a winning streak once again won.
Whoops! (Layla)

Rick only noticed Layla when she was all the way in and he quickly covered himself. “Do you ever knock or understand the concept of privacy!?!” Rick yelled as he went to grab a towel, “Sento! Stop just letting Layla in and wander!”
