Firm up your derriere
With the rear of the year award being given out last week to winner Carol Vordaman along with the fame of Pippa Middleton’s derriere being all over the national and international press, here at Trec Nutrition we thought it fitting to share a new ‘bottom workout craze’ with you, this craze really will give you your very own firm bottom!
Nine times out of ten, when we look into a mirror, we take note of the front of our bodies. However, if you think about it, the back of us is seen just as much; when we walk down the street, walk up a flight of stairs etc, the back of us is always on show. so let’s get to work on that bottom so that next time you do a 360 in the mirror, you are happy with the back as well as the front.
The new workout craze that I am talking about is known as ‘Jopping’ and is primarily aimed to work out and firm up your calves and your bottom.
Jopping is the practice whereby you stand with your feet hip-width apart and arms by your side. You then hop forward on your right foot, jump back with both feet and then jump forward on your left foot, the sequence goes on as so. Do ten reps of this per side. Next, hop to the right, landing on your right foot and jump back to start, do ten reps and then swap sides. Finally you need to hop whilst turning your body to the right and landing on your right foot. Do ten reps and then switch to your left. This all sounds complicated, however, if you think of it as a sequence of three manoeuvres then you may find it easier to break it down.
Get your very own ‘rear of the year award’ in no time at all, get Jopping!
