FYI, when Alvin Brown signs in somewhere (at least he did at WJCT last week), he uses his title: "Mayor Alvin Brown." Do you think President Obama does that too? Or the reigning Miss America?
In the mayor's defense, his director of communications David DeCamp could have signed in for him. But based on my handwriting analysis, I believe the mayor wrote his own name.
UPDATE: Hope I didn't alarm anyone by not posting sooner, but I did not get arrested or excommunicated from Duval County when Mayor Brown and I were both guests on WJCT's First Coast Connect.
Nor did I get a selfie with Mr. Mayor (I'm not asking again ... I don't deal with rejection well). He did, however, make it a point to shake my hand and say, "How are you? Good to see you."
