My url turntodustandasteroids is from a poem I wrote called Gone. The part it’s from goes,

~ You are not imploded stars that echo with shadows of brilliance Turn to dust and asteroids Do not join them ~

It essentially means that though the idea that we are all *cosmic dust* is beautiful and poetic, we are flesh and blood and alive, and we can live, content in our mortality.

My username StarCatcher comes from poem I wrote called Stargazing,

~ Perhaps if I was a star too Then the two of us might stand a chance But I am simply a sitter and a watcher And a catcher of stars who always misses ~

I’m a hopeless romantic, and I sometimes feel like I’m reaching for stars that will never reach back, so that’s where that comes from.
