we need to destigmatize crashing out in public. gaslighting ourselves into thinking everyone is doing amazing and functioning normally based on their outside appearance while we are all in fact dying on the inside but can’t let anybody know how we feel so we bottle it up and cause ourselves excess anxiety and stress on top of everything else we are already dealing with can’t be healthy.
