Before Rayne knew it, the end of his first term at university arrived. He had a few final exams to do, his term paper had been handed in... And with everything else he was doing, he had failed to go in to present his (outstanding) presentation in time.
When he realised this error, stress and fear formed a huge knot in his stomach. Oh no... He felt nauseous as he made his way to his final exams, trying to breathe and concentrate on the exam instead of worrying about failing the other course.
His grades were pretty decent, with 2 A+'s, but Rayne could barely contain a yelp of disappointment. A minus? A minus?? A MINUS?
That wouldn't do, not at all! He felt dizzy and was angry at himself. "Breathe, man, breathe," he told himself and he moved to his yoga mat. It took him a very long session, but in the end, he managed to clear his mind and calm down.
He would better manage his time next term, he had to get better grades or the perfectionist in him would... Let's not think about it... Breathe in... and breathe out...
