do you think jess ever got a degree/took any college classes?

you know, i’ve always joked that jess in the future would get an honorary degree from nyu everyone would get a laugh out of it, but luke would definitely get teary-eyed and rory would take 593408234 pictures at the ceremony lol.

but honestly, i have a hard time imagining his taking any classes because he’s so used to self-directing his learning and he had such a difficult time with it, so most likely not? but he might like going to seminars and things like that when he’s a bit older. but i do think while he was in california he got his ged because he would’ve had a difficult time finding employment without one.

It’s a testament to the last few days, then, that it’s not even lunch time and Alex is fucking tired.

He’s not going to give in, though. Something came after his people. The memory of John’s voicemail messages–staticy and garbled, like something was interfering with them–rings in his head over and over when he thinks of quitting. John sounded scared. John sounded small. The idea that something that scared John is still out there terrifies Alex.

But, fuck, he’s tired.
