I was going to wait before posting any of this, but given its going to take some time to put it all together, I’ll post pics as I go :D This year marks 25 years of Tomb Raider. Those who don’t know, Lara Croft is the reason I got into cosplay. She was my first ever cosplay (Legend version) before I even knew what cosplay was. I attended my first ever convention as Lara - before I even really knew what conventions were! She holds such a special place to my heart (I have fond memories as a young girl hoping to be like Lara when I grew up), and to celebrate 25 amazing years, I plan to cosplay a version (or 2...😉) of her from every game. I’ll upgrade some cosplays I already have, and I want to create pics and videos to do her justice ❤️ It was always the dream to be an official Tomb Raider cosplayer, model or ambassador. Even though that’ll likely only ever stay a dream, Lara will always be my favorite. This is a pic I took of myself as Lara and edited, using the amazing artwork that dropped a little while ago. 6years ago today I went to my first con. From this moment I knew exactly what I wanted to do for a living and it was cosplay. I had to detour for a few years but I’m going on 2 solid years of cosplaying consistently. I have met so many amazing people in the community and have the pleasure of calling a large amount of those individuals close friends. Although I like to pretend this doesn’t exist.
