Just started the chloe ting shred challenge for 2 weeks. My first day 06/23/20. My feeling for the first day, my body was so heavy as I tried doing the burpees and some jumps she combines with some exercises! However, i love that I sweat and my heart was racing! Love it. I didn’t do well since i haven’t worked out for so long since august of last year. I might have tried a couple of times but i keep skipping days and i get lonely then i eat a lot! Lol! Anyways! I hope I will be able to finish this challenge! I see great results! I got this!
