Just started the chloe ting shred challenge for 2 weeks. My first day 06/23/20. My feeling for the first day, my body was so heavy as I tried doing the burpees and some jumps she combines with some exercises! However, i love that I sweat and my heart was racing! Love it. I didn’t do well since i haven’t worked out for so long since august of last year. I might have tried a couple of times but i keep skipping days and i get lonely then i eat a lot! Lol! Anyways! I hope I will be able to finish this challenge! I see great results! I got this!

i've been going to the gym, but today i couldnt make it so instead i thought i should do the jillian michales shred challenge and you might think it wasnt that hard it because i'm kind of 'in shape' but when i was at the minute 10 i was breathing heavy and thinking i was going to die. so i'm going to incorpore it to my daily workout until i dont feel like i'm gonna pass out.
Once again, starting over;
30 days shreds challenge; day 1, finished.
Week 1 Weigh in
Starting weight...1/7/13 : 171.6
End of week 1 weight 1/14/13 :166.8
Total loss of 4.8 pounds.
I feel pretty good about this, but I feel like it could have been better. I guess here is the start of week 2 and all calories in my soups and smoothies went from 300 calories to 250 so I am hoping for another big loss this week! I will post my meals for the day in a little bit!
