131 lbs recorded today. Intermittent fasting started yesterday, but i cheated around 930 pm last night! The struggle to do diets and exercises!
So i just did some leg work out and ab work out! I am so overdue with the 2 weeks challenge.. i feel like i am adding more days to the work out since I missed 3 days. I just can’t go through anything when my boyfriend and I fight. I do have a lot ofproject i want to do and i wish i can do it soon! Please send help! 😂

It’s sad to hear that my boyfriend wants to have sex with somebody else since I had past experiences with four other people! Damn! The hurts!
I am not yet not yet near the 2 weeks shred challenge. I stopped since july 3rd till like july 7th just because i was not feeling good. It’s better to do things when you’re inspired. So i am kind of starting over. Still got it but getting better. I’m almost there. Tomorrow is another day! I am really tired today so i am going to sleep other than the 11 pm that i planned about. I woke up at 6:00 am today but i was worried with my bf so I called and called till he answers. Then, i was able to do some chores since it’s also garbage collection day! Then I steamed my rice already cause I’m asian! I was already hungry when I woke up but chloe ting said to do exercise without food first so i went for my walk, supposedly 30 minutes but got home before that then i did her 10 minute ab work out! There done and checking my habit tracker. Now for some breakfast... she said not to eat too much with sugar but I can’t live without my rice ya’ll hahah! I will just eat 1/2 cup of rice and 1 sunny side up egg. I will drink a lot of water, may be 3 glasses of water! I am back at it again! And starting all over!

Saturday workout: it was more of walking and running exercise with my dog, Champsey! It was a full 45 minutes. It was also too hot outisde so it helped out sweating all my fatties! 😂 I had a church meeting after that, relaxed for a bit and i actually worked for doordash this day so I can get food for my babies (my 3 doggos) my loves! 😂 and also some food for myself of course!
Sunday: I am able to work out just right now. Same work out but it felt like it went so fast. I’m getting better! I’m building that strength I used to have. I feel really good! I am going to visit Chloe Ting’s Site and may be I can start with other exercises. I kind off seen a little difference! There was this dress i tried a week ago for church and i just feel so bulgy on my sides so I didn’t wear it. Today, i decided to wear it and the bulge isn’t that noticeable like a week ago. I do feel energetic when I wake up in the morning also. It’s still too soon to say but I can feel a little difference. May be I will post some pictures before and after but have to ask my boyfriend for permission first. Otherwise, I will just send it to him for judgement! 😂 okay guys! Time to shower and sleep because tomorrow is MONDAY again! Dang it!!!

4th day! Almost forgot to blog. But i won’t say much! I am just probably building my strength at the moment. I do not have any food diet. I love to eat but my body gets really wide that’s why i need to move my body! My body still look like pear shaped but wide you know what i mean? 🤔🤣 But i feel that im a bit building some muscles on my lower extremities! I feel sore as usual after the workout.. love it! Love it! I will keep doing it! 🥰 💪
I also just realized “mah doods” is coming from Markiplier. I have been saying it for a while now! Lol
3rd day of workout chu guys! Lol
I don’t know if I am getting heavier but after the second set i just feel heavy. Hahaha but may be I am just really tired. I came from work, then to the groceries, had a choir practice today—which i miss so much by the way— cooked dinner and ate it all then rest for a bit then exercise. Okay breathe! Lol i hope that I can keep this up real bad! I ammmmm sooo excited to get results. Till then lets thank God tomorrow is Friday!! Woohooo!
I just had a celery and carrot juice! I did not have any juicer, i have a blender. Also, i do not have a cheese cloth so i used a strainer lol! So i only got half a glass but i love the taste! Anything with celery or with veggies i love! I really would like to purchase a juicer! One youtuber said “some people buy a juicer for 100s of dollars” and i was like nope i saw a 64 dollars juicer on amazon! Lol but of course if we are trying to save money yes, blender cheese cloth or that nut cloth lol should do the trick!
Second day of work out. It’s the same workout but i really like that i sweat and slowly slowly getting the forms of exercises... also been wearing my waist trainer! I love that i can now use it while working out at the comfort of my home....
When you have extremely tight scrubs and need to pee.... ugh!!!! Need to work out! Im getting fatt-er 😂
