In Tagsmart, we offer a simple and secure solution to these problems with the aim of fostering trust and credibility among artists, galleries, and collectors.
It’s FREE to join and use Tagsmart and upload your artworks to our secure digital platform, enabling you to easily manage your portfolio.
Artist and curators can now beneficiate from certified, more trustful art transactions. This is done through our Certificates of Authenticity (Certificates cost £10+VAT), these are accompanied by a free online account giving access to a digital provenance record for the work. They can be ordered at any time directly through the platform. This cost includes our standard service (production within 3-5 working days and P&P within the UK). For deliveries outside the UK, P&P is £3.50 extra.
On top of the certificates and the digital provenance record, we are pioneers in DNA Tags, these allow for the authentication to be inbred in the work itself.
Every tag comes with a free Certificate, provided the latter is issued after the tag has been applied to the work. Tag prices depend on the type of tag, volume, and level of service.
The prices for one-off self-service tags are:
Paper tag + Certificate = £20+VAT
Transfer tag + Certificate = £40+VAT
Canvas tag + Certificate = £55+VAT
