First Hellos. || Sabrina & Emma
Emma threw her phone back into the bag that was lying on her lap. Finally, she was going to meet up with Sabrina for the first time. Sabrina was the first and maybe the only one that didn't looked down at her immediately as she heard the last name: Humphrey. Emma wove down the cab window and let the wind come in and blow through her hair. All kind of sounds New York was offering this evening filled her ears. She closed her eyes softly. She might not be a girl with the prettiest face nor the high status you apparently must have to be something in New York but she was happy. She had a family that cared for her, not including her mother though, and her music. A proud Humphrey. Emma felt like Sabrina could understand that, maybe she already had? Either ways, Emma felt like they got a simple connection through the chat. Now, they would meet personally.
Suddenly the air stopped coming through the window. The cab had stopped and not for the red light this time. "We've arrived, miss" Emma shot up her eyes again. She need to stop getting lost in her thoughts. She moved her body a little to settle in the backseat. "Oh, right. I'm Sorry" She said with the soft voice of hers. Zipping up her bag, she took the money she owned the driver for the lift and handed it over to him. "Thank you." she continued before getting out with her bag hanging on her shoulder and the guitar in her hand. Emma had just been to her last guitar lesson, now the summer had finally begun for her. Running the other free hand through the end of her simple summer dress she looked around for Sabrina. Emma slowly walked towards the entrance. Wow, it has been awhile since she last saw this place. She almost forgot how huge it was. She cleared her throat as soon as she noticed the people began to stare. Yeah, yeah. She knows. What does a girl like her doing around these streets?
Then she saw her, the quiet tall girl with straight brown hair that seemed to be looking for someone. "Sabrina?!" Emma half-yelled not sure it was her or not. "It's Emma!"
